The Old Banjo

The Old Banjo

There once was this banjo but not anymore. It can't even carry a tune.

You've strummed it along for so darn long till it's strings are weak, where once they were strong.

It used to be brand spankin new and every time you'd strum it, it would play anything for you.

But now its' strings are all tattered and torn, and it feels as though its' been abused and worn.

This was a good banjo and one day you'll see, and you know how I know, cause that banjo was me!
